"Air conditioner in room is hot, could not lower the temperature. Room is hotter the corridor. Food label in breakfast is not indicate properly. Labelled as orange when it is not. Labelled as mango while it apple juice. Fried rice was at Fried Mee. Labels were there without any movement for 2 days. Not really complain but feedback for more improvement"

"We had a number of problems during our two night stay. Firstly they had no record of our reservation from hotels.com so I had to pay again. Then when we checked out and they had sorted it out I had to remind them to cancel the extra payment. The bathroom had a very bad smell coming from the drains. We complained when we left the room for the day and when we came back it was almost gone but it came back again overnight. I've travelled and lived in China so I'm used to hard beds but these ones...

I though that the hotel was closer to the Southern Railway train station but in effect we had to take a 10 minute taxi making this less convenient than we had hoped. There is nothing around the hotel and it is a 20 minute walk to the nearest subway. The lobby smells like smoke but the staff are very friendly.
