"I guess they were busy over the holiday season - I was surprised that an airport hotel wouldn't have rooms ready and available pretty much around the clock. However, the nice man at the desk did finally manage me a room at 12 noon. I needed to be up at 4 am for my flight and had work to do before I went to bed early. Unfortunately, the room did not have a desk and there is no business center in the hotel - they suggested I could work in the restaurant; nowhere near ideal. Surprised me as one...

"Good hotel in the heart of Wellington. Staff is super friendly and helpful, specially people at reception. Rooms are ok but need an upgrade. Hotel is very central near all things in Wellington. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. "
