"Bradley at the front desk was wonderful! BUT, After our room not being available to check into until after 4PM as indicated on the website, our room was not clean, and hadn't been cleaned recently, definitely not same day. There were hairs on the floor, and countertops that had not been wiped, and the floor in the bathroom had not been mopped at all, sticky hairspray residue and the feet of the furniture pieces are covered in dust. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to figure out if they had another room available, so we stayed. The sheets seemed clean, so we unpacked. But very disappointing considering the price we paid for a 2 night stay. "

"We reserved this based off of reviews on Hotels.com, we typically stay at the Disney Shelter Cove Resort but couldn’t get reservations for this trip, so we were worried it wouldn't live up to our expectations. Room was clean, bright, everything worked as it should’ve. You can tell it was recently renovated, bathrooms were clean and new but perhaps they pulled a landlord special on the bathroom walls and door with thick white paint, but didn't detract from visit. Common guest area and lobby was well kept. Heated pool was great for kids during our spring break trip. Beach was fantastic and only a short stroll from room. Ocean seems to be visible from any room to at least a degree, was pleasantly surprised as I didn't pay for an ocean view. Staff was pleasant. We opted out of housekeeping for our 2 night stay, but anytime we ran into housekeeping along the hallways and we asked for something they would happily give it to us. Will definitely stay again if given the opportunity, had a lovely time."
