Construction... stopped up sinks and tubs. Phone not working. No bar in closet to hang up clothes. Construction to the point of fumes and lots of dust. Nothing really done when complaining about the issue's. Alligators in the area heavily but no lighting for safety of guess.. would not recommend.. highly disappointed.

Hotel is under major construction and very messed up for parking and access to rooms. We were cold as the storm door/ sliding door to our deck was very drafty and had gaps where air was coming in.

Unfair that there was no notice the property was under construction and filthy. Pool is closed; stinky, dirty elevators. No decaffeinated coffee at breakfast or in reception. Tiniest hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen. Was very friendly but hotel condition very disappointing. I was told I was unable to cancel and stay elsewhere unless I forfeit my money.

The renovations made it very difficult for those with a handicap. When I called them to ask about the renovation and handicap access they said that they had handicap spots available close to the garage. We had a very hard time getting around. The shuttle was non existent. We only saw them one day. The breakfast was just awful. 2 out of the three mornings the food was over cooked and dried out. The tables were dirty. Service was poor. Will not go back. For the price we paid we should have been treated much better.

Hotel is under renovation and that comes with hard to find parking, lots of noise during the day and a mess to get in and out of hotel. The reception is in a different building about 1/4 mile away and breakfast also in the different building (not in the hotel). The hallways are super dirty. We had a fire alarm test that lasted about 2 hours…
