"This hotel is in a good location. It's a short walk from the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the high street. The room was a good size. The only issue I had was the aircon was very noisy and sounded like it was breaking, so I turned it off when I went to bed. Dinner at the Alfred's was very good, as were the breakfast options. The blonde woman at the front desk was also very friendly and professional. I would stay here again and recommend it to others."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the train station and cruise terminal. We walked to a great Italian restaurant and Old Town. The loft room was perfect for our family."
