"The best thing was the staff they were the friendliest and were very polite. It was pouring in Tokyo today and we had checked out not only did they store our bags so we could do a last minute visit in Tokyo they lent us umbrellas which was super helpful with 2 young kids. The rooms feel a little simple but the buffet breakfast and the ladies retreat with free massage chairs and shampoo bar were lovely little touches. "Very convenient location, close to Hachioji station and shops. My room was modern and comfortable with a large, comfortable queen bed. This is Tokyo, so the bed took up most of the room, but there was also a desk and a large window ledge where the TV, glasses and tea kettle were placed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome and safe here."
