"Staff were excellent"

"Had a lovely night here in a privilege room, Initially had to change rooms as there was a problem with a window, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful and found me another room straightaway. The room felt homely and had great views across the river and the town. The bed was so comfortable and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was great too. The only very small complaint was that all the windows were a bit drafty and could definitely do with updating, but...

"The hotel is in a good location, very walkable to the popular sights. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. I ordered room service and although the food was very tasty it was only lukewarm. It arrived from the kitchen with no covers over the plates."

"Whilst the hotel is a couple of miles from the city centre, the bus service was very good & right outside - the free voucher was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be better coffee in the room, either a nespresso machine (or similar) or even just coffee bags. "
