"Everything was perfect "

"Very convenient location, close to M11 (5 min drive) and Park and Ride (10 min walk) but noise wasn't an issue as it was constant in the back ground, almost white noise. Rooms good, clean and with a bit of character. Grounds of the house lovely with avenue of trees to drive up to the building, and walk clearly signposted to local pub (20 mins walk, mainly through fields and woodland). Very pleasant stay."

"Cheap and cheerful which was just what we needed after a long day of travelling. It was quiet despite being so close to the motorway. There were some snacks available to buy but we ate in the services instead."

"Very nice and comfortable. Tea in a real teapot was wonderful. Included breakfast was also great. Wi-Fi in the room was spotty but understandable given the antique architecture but wonderful and fast to work in the glass house observatory."
