During our stay we had a lovely walk around the gardens with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed a very tasty 3 course meal on the evening and breakfast was great. Would highly recommend and will certainly be visiting again. "

"An enjoyable stay but stairs to room was difficult for us although staff were very helpful with luggage. Room was tiny but OK for one night. Food good, reasonably priced and plentiful. All staff friendly and helpful and Holmfirth itself delightful."
