"I will highly recommend this hotel to my family members and friends when they visit Wellington. The Expedia group should and must exclude Fort Street in Auckland for people to book. It is horrible dirty filthy garbage place, there is no way for tourists to know ahead of time as the website of the hotel doesn’t show. "The Receptionist was very helpful, helping my wife with her bags, to our room while I parked the car at Countdown. I was able to buy some groceries while there and walk the 2 minutes back. Very comfortable bed and good shower."
