"This place was charming and the backyard was so peaceful and beautiful. We only stayed for one night (our last night before catching our plane leaving Portugal). The rooms are on the cozy size but the huge backyard patio and garden with chickens and two friendly cat more than entertained our 7 year old. Breakfast was served early and VERY delicious and varied. They were able to accommodate one of our travel companions who is gluten free. Communication with the property easy with quick responses."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. Our room was quite comfortable, except for the bed being a little too low but we definitely had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was very good, eggs and bacon to order and a lot of other choices. The only thing that I would let other travellers know is that there are stairs, not many."

"Loved, loved, loved this hotel and the family and staff who run it. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, the location was exceptionally perfect. We were able to walk all over the town. Best orange cake I've ever had, served at breakfast!!! The room was beautiful, beds are very comfortable. The pool and lounge area is awesome. We highly recommend the Ericeria Guesthouse and will tell friends and family too. Thank you Guesthouse for an unforgettable time"

"Good size apartment, close to the beach. Washer/dryer was handy. For such a beautiful part of Portugal there was a disappointing view out of the apartment - looking at other buildings and being overlooked by them. Certainly not the stunning ocean view shown in all their marketing material. Also disappointing not to be able to control the heating given the cold wet weather in mid March - it did feel a bit cold in the apartment at times. "
