"The property was very nice, location was awesome. A MASSIVE storm rolled through and the area had catastrophic flooding, and it did result in a small leak but the owner was on it immediately and followed up to ensure things were right. Very easy going, lots of ammenities and the location is center of the key with a Trolley stop right in front (perfect). Only complaint is that the parking is tough if you have a big vehicle."

"The description of the property is inaccurate. There is not 2 covered parking places, no grill on terrace, no wine chiller. The entire condo was aged, in disrepair and in dire need of a deep clean. Carpets stained, furniture worn and frayed, bed linens torn and stained. The kitchen was under equipped and missing many usual amenities. The toaster was broken, the refrigerator missing a shelf, the pots and pans scratched and dirty, very limited cooking utensils, cookware and bakeware. Mismatched...

"The condo was great. Clean, neighborhood was clean and safe. Was walking distance to the beach. Less than 10 min walk from the condo to the water. Kitchen well equipped. Property has a washer and dryer in common area. But you need quarters. There were 5 of us. It was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. Near walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. Short drive to anything else you need. I would stay here again. "

"Gorgeous house! The photos don’t convey how spacious and well appointed it is. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there were two living spaces. Comfy beds, bedding and towels. Nice amt of starter k- cups, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Loved the indoor/outdoor living and comfy outdoor furniture by the beautiful pool. Really appreciated that it was dog friendly. We even had dog bowls and doggie waste baggies!"

"The building was under construction which was not revealed to us prior to booking. Inside the windows of the unit were filthy. The TV in the bedroom did not work for half of the vacation and the shower had a governor on it and was warm at best. Being under construction the pool area was dirty and very open to all the workers. the hallways all had building paper down. Very disappointing!"
