"I arrived at this unit at night, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was motion lighting the entire way to the door. Another nice surprise was that there was water in the fridge for me. It was clean and well equipped and in a very nice neighborhood.I also enjoyed the cozy little courtyard that was just for me. It was nice to sit out in the Florida sunshine.If I ever need to use a Verbo in Sarasota again, I would definitely use that one."

"I highly recommend this property and I am very picky. Everything about it was perfect. It is newly renovated and beautifully done. Clean, lines, minimal and very calming. Plenty of light and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped even with coffee and condiments. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the living room furniture. The bedrooms were large and there was even a TV room with sofa and a sun room. There is a designated parking spot. There is a Publix within walking distance...

"The property was spacious, beachy, clean, and wonderful. Pool was clean and sunny and private. Close to beach, close to main village and shops/restaurants. Safe and quiet. The previous tenants broke the dryer and a bed. Marcela had a new one delivered and the bed fixed within 24 hours. She was so accommodating and took care of anything needed. Would highly recommend staying at this location!"
