I liked the simplicity of check in and check out. I liked being able to have coffee anytime and juice. Breakfast was very nice. It was quiet and well taken care of. It could use some updates, but that's the only thing.

My husband was frightened to even check in. He got to the property and immediately had me call to cancel. We had to find a hotel an hour away from where we were going for the trip. We do not recommend this hotel at all.

The Staff is amazing from the owners to the employees that work the breakfast area to the employees that clean the rooms, Also they have worked hard to improve the outside of the Hotel exceptional people.

They now have an automated check in service that is based over seas. You’re required to scan your ID over to them, whereas, previously you’d simply show someone your ID as verification of your identity to match your credit card.

Terrific price for being so close to siesta key beach! I would definitely stay here again.There wasn't anything that I was concerned about. The pool was very clean and the rooms were nice. The Check-in process was new to me as they do it via a kiosk with an image of the person checking you in on a screen on the other end but it was easy.

Better off ANYWHERE else
This hotel has no staff that you can talk to, even during the day. All interaction is with a robot in the lobby that connects to a person in India, and the simplest requests are a challenge. The only ice machine I could find was unplugged, so no ice. The bathtub faucet drips constantly. The whole place smells terrible. Slightly above a homeless shelter.

We arrived, had electricity for 1 of the 6 days we stayed Room was not clean All we wanted was towels On the 5th day still no electricity or hot water We checked out on the 5th of our 6 days we paid for.
