"Lovely hotel in need of a bit of love such as replacing the tired carpets. Pool nice area to relax in but not necessarily catch the sun as the tall buildings cast a shadow, which many are actually grateful for. Replacing the halogen bulbs in the bathroom would be good . Breakfast buffet ok. Coffee wise I’ve had in Italy. Surrounding area at present a bit of a construction site as it is being updated towards the station. Should look great when finished."

"This hotel was great. It was close to the airport and the boat term8nals for cruise ships. I just want you to he aware that if your hotel orders a taxi, you will get one. Otherwise, you it is Extremely hard to find any taxis. Someone had to call 6 taxi companies before anyone responded and then they still didn't show up. My 80 year old mom and I had to hitch hike from the port."

"This property was spotlessly clean and our room was tidied each day. Our balcony was comfortable with shade from weather. The sun terrace and pool area was pleasant with lovely view. The walk into Gallipoli was approx 30 mins. It would have been great if taxis were more reasonably priced. 20 euros each way for the town or train station. For some the walk would not be a problem. Beaches nearby either free or paying for lounger, umbrella etc. Just a few restaurants nearby but these were good,...

"This was not our first and won’t be our last trip to Lecce and we will certainly be back to Pollicastro boutique hotel. Wonderful property, spacious and comfortable room and the staff, unbelievable. Front desk staff was top notch, breakfast was amazing. My wife and I are vegetarian and barely mentioned it but the chef at breakfast prepared us a delicious vegetarian option without us asking. Do NOT miss the rooftop, gorgeous. We will return. "
