A beautiful hotel with excellent service. Our room was stylish and comfortable (though up a flight of steep, awkward stairs that wouldn’t be doable for anyone with reduced mobility). Nice buffet breakfast, valet parking. And Lecce is a fantastic city!

This hotel should be a 5 star. Incredible hotel, incredible staff and a absolutely joy to stay at. Rooms were roomy, comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was perfect. We loved all the artwork and beautiful architectural details.

An legendary guest experience
This hotel is the real deal… outstanding modern design rendered in a beautifully restored historic palace… kind, gracious, helpful and resourceful staff starting with the general manager and continuing with the front desk, breakfast attendants, house man and the delightful young bartender who poured the best Negronis on our month-long escape from a Chicago winter… and no comfort spared for the hotel’s guests. I’d come back again to stay a week (or longer) and never leave the palazzo for longer than a walk through the historic center of Lecce which is conveniently located immediately outside the front door.
