Very bad hotel, very old hotel. Does not looks like the picture… more old. Very noisy, can hear everything in nearbor rooms. Even theire discussens. Not impressed by breakfast either. Ended up by checking out before time and booked another hotel instead. I have tried alot of Mercure in other countries , but this was bad.

Çok memnun kaldık ferah geniş bir oda idi 3 kişi rahatlıkla kaldık. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Sadece otel içi şampuan duş jeli vs ekipmanları yetersi geldi. Bir de kahve makinesi olsa güzel olurdu. Onun dışında konumu temizliği ve ilgi mükemmeldi.

Araç ile seyahat ettiğimiz için park imkanı otel diye tercih ettim, yoğunluktan dolayı park olmadığı söylendi. Otel dışında park yeri arayarak zaman kaybettik. Odalarda ses yalıtımı hiç yok, yan odadaki tüm sesler odanın içinde, banyo da su tasarruf olsun diye çok az akıyor, doğru düzgün duş bile alamadım. Kahvaltı çok vasattı, yumurta bile günler öncesinden kaynatılmış, buzdolabından çıkartılmıştı. Otelin tek iti tarafı konumu.

ottimo hotel... ma non si dorme!!!!!
la struttura è in ottime condizioni e con una buona posizione rispetto al centro della città (circa 1km). Dispone di parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento. La camera e il bagno sono molto grandi, ottima doccia, macchina del caffè in camera, colazione discreta. Fino a qui tutto bene. PROBLEMA (molto importante): il locale a fianco tiene la musica ad un volume folle fino alle 2 di mattina, se come nel nostro caso si ha la sfortuna di avere la camera su quel lato è come avere le casse in stanza. Un peccato perchè l'hotel meriterebbe ben altra valutazione, ma non potere dormire fino a quando il lcoale di fianco non chiude è improponibile

Molto deludente, peccato!
Esperienza molto deludente! In camera non ci é stato possibile fare una doccia, data la bassissima pressione della doccetta. Ho ritrovato la mia auto spostata (bisogna lasciare le chiavi in reception) e con un graffio; dopo affermazioni contrastanti da parte della direzione e del personale, non si é arrivati ad una soluzione veloce per entrambe le parti; ho chiesto di visionare i video delle telecamere di sorveglianza (nel parcheggio c´é un cartello che segnala la presenza delle telecamere) ma mi é stato detto che non ci sono telecamere; dovró ora avviare una procedura per il risarcimento del danno che dovró pagare (é una vettura in leasing) con conseguente dispendio di tempo e maggiori costi, nella speranza che ci sia poi un rimborso da parte dell'hotel. Colazione ottima e posizione dell'hotel strategica. Al check-out mi hanno chiesto di pagare il parcheggio per la seconda volta (lo avevo pagato il giorno prima per l'intera permanenza)!).
