"A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. "The front desk was on the ground floor, as usual in Europe. The lift that I never used was a little bit up the stairs. To get to the 1st floor, I had to climb another circular flight of stairs. The room I had was big enough for myself, with the bathroom having plenty of space. Overall, the fixtures were aged, worn, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow being a little shallow. I asked for a second pillow and promptly got it. My room overlooked the ferry terminal across the street....

"The hotel Barsotti has an excellent location in the old town to walk and see most of the local attractions. The staff is super friendly and very helpful in providing dining recommendations and other tips. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk to the hotel. At the train station, there is also a bus stop for a bus directly to the airport. I would definitely stay here again."
