The sofa in the indoor seating area was really uncomfortable, and the bedroom could do with light switches and phone charging points on both sides of the bed. A number of the TV channels didn't work. We reported leaky toilet which still wasn't fixed by the time we left 2 days later."

"This was exactly what I needed. I needed a hotel super close to the London St. Pancras train station for one night, so I could easily make it to the airport the next morning.
