"The first night the air conditioning didn’t work, but we asked them to take a look at it and they were able to fix it. It ended up being an ice box in our room but the cold was better than the heat. There was no control system, so you either have to have the air conditioning on or off. The blow dryer didn’t really work either. Other than that, the hotel was great. Pool was convenient. "The staff in the lobby and the restaurant on the 7th floor were phenomenal. The cover in the room had a few stains and the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned daily and was dirty when we arrived. Breakfast had a great selection of foods with hot and cold choices. The buffet dinner was very good as well and very reasonably priced. The hotel needs renovating and updating. Especially the bathroom. All this being said we did enjoy our stay."
