"Good hotel. Had unlimited drinks and snacks available at the lounge. Great breakfast. Only issue was the room was not ready for whem we checked in at 330pm when check-in time is 2pm. "

"Staff was excellent and very accommodating to every request very clean quick bus ride to the park, but it is further away from shopping and not a lot around it. You have to take a cab or subway/ train. We had a great time and breakfast was great"

"I thought this hotel was beautiful and clean and quiet which is exactly what I needed in that moment. Unfortunately I did not get to spend enough time in the area as I was just spending one night and then to the airport the next day but if I come back I will stay here again."

"Great location, it's just minutes of walk away from JR station, easy access to kombini, local restaurants, and just one station away from major shopping area and supermarket. The hotel itself is great, it's new and clean, with comfortable beds and modern interior design. Staff are great, they had no problem with English. The only thing that I would like to see is self-serve laundry. That would make our 5 night stay much better. "

"The service was amazing, the room beautiful, with modern fixtures and nice furniture, the morning breakfast bar great, and a great view of the SkyTree. This was like an oasis after staying in some accommodations that were not nearly this good. I already said this but the front end staff were absolutely wonderful. We felt so welcome and cared for when we arrived."
