"The Cigno Hotel is a beautiful oasis in central Merida. The room was large, beautifully appointed and well air-conditioned. The food at the restaurant was excellent-modern Mexican cuisine. We felt one of the best part of the experience was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and very gracious. You cannot go wrong staying at this excellent small hotel.
