"Beautifully appointed property. We had a lovely room in a quiet area on the ground floor. The staff in all areas of service were excellent. Polite and helpful. The spa is lovely. There was an obvious lack of basic toiletries in the rooms. Eg no bossy cream or shower cap. The massage was great but no water offered post treatment. And in 2025 electric car chargers should be installed for such a good quality hotel. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay "

"We've stayed at Dalmahoy twice now & its still our favourite accommodation in Edinburgh. We've stayed once as a couple & now with a young child & the facilities & activities the staff set up is wonderful. All so accommodating with kids. The facilities such as the pool & restaurants/bars are fantastic. If you dont feel comfortable with driving into the city, buses come every 10mins or so & go straight in."

"Had a lovely time. The staff were very helpful. We had a nice room. The bed was comfortable but a little soft for us. Very hot rooms. We turned off the heating and opened the windows. A lot of Mold, spiders and cobwebs around the windows. The pool area was great. We had slippers and robes provided, very helpful for walking to the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all, would have preferred table service. "

"We arrived at about 10am and check in is 3pm. They put our bags in storage and we went to get something to eat. About 1:30 we returned to check on the room. It was ready and they had already moved our bags to the room. The room was well serviced each day."

"This is a great apartment to stay in while in Norwich. 1. Very close to train station and city centre. 2. Well equipped kitchen for self-catering. 3. Comfy bed and bathtub. 4. Good wifi so was able to do work. However, 1. In the kitchen area, they should make sure screws are screwed down well to avoid sliced toes. 2. Heater was a bit unpredictable - had to ask for help on first day. 3. There was a lot of light from the street coming through at night and also from the corridor. The apartments are also on a lane that seemed to be a place for noisy, drunk people to walk down. Overall, a great apartment. "

"Very professional staff. Convenient for an early flight as the hotel is basically in the parking lot of the airport. If staying longer a park and ride is across from the hotel so you can explore Norwich with out having to drive. "
