"Lovely position with great view & massive room. Free parking & the best breakfast of our 2month trip so far. The public places are looking a bit tired & tatty & needs an update It's a bit awkward with the breakfast & check out desk being on the 11th floor, the rooms then being on floors 5-10 with parking in the basement. This meant you needed to take your bags up to the 11th floor from the 7th floor in our case, to check out, then go back down again, past the 7th to the basement...."

"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting.
