The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "

"Reception is located on the main road, there are several buildings and we went to the wrong one. Room wasn't ready, so had a welcome drink while i waited. Reception staff are good, hotel guests are mainly Japanese, asian. Breakfast starts at 5, perfect if you have an early round of golf, and there was a good selection. The restaurant also serves food all day, and the menu looked good. Room was a surprise, it had a kitchen and a proper bath with a separate shower. Very nice and a comfortable...

"Very comfortable in arrival. Parking spaces and staff very helpful. Very large rooms and bathroom. Everything functioned. Not a SMART TV so the first one I can remember I couldn't use my fire stick! The hotel was once very grand but now needs extensive upgrades in almost every area. Breakfast was average but good wasn't kept warm and choices limited."

"Great stay with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning had a slight musty smell, but the staff were kind and attentive, especially to kids. "AC is Very Lacking, sweated most of the night. I think they bought Boxsprings rather than Mattresses. They told me that Expedia hadn't notified them that rooms booked with breakfast. They brought in a cook from home. Pictures of Suana but they said closed because of covid. 2 years and they haven't updated this yet. No I will not return. Even my Thai Wife said Do Not Ever Book Here AGAIN. "
