"There is something wrong qith the booking I booked 2 rooms for me and my friends and paid via credit card right away THB1,800. However, the hotel told that they only received payment for 1 room (THB900) and requested my friends to pay for another one THB900. As a result, We paid three rooms while we were staying 2 rooms. "The one staff person I spoke to was nice, but virtually no English skills. I can live with that. The room was big and clean. I am happy with that. "we loved this hotel. It was perfect for our New Year's Eve stay. We had a lovely room with a VERY comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was great. The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "
