"Friendly staff. Very clean. Enjoyed a swim but pool is small so don’t be disappointed if you are a pro swimmer fine for me dawdling up and down with it to myself. Lovely sauna. Breakfast is a bit expensive so didn’t bother with that. Bed was comfy and warm. "

"Stayed on 5th floor - king room. Back of desk chair was broken - replaced promptly. Shower head was loose - also fixed quickly. Cleaning staff should look out for faulty items in room and work with maintenance team to resolve before guests notice. Tasty breakfast, but fruit not fresh enough. Coffee from machine very bitter. "Very comfortably beds, perfect location for our needs, quiet, friendly helpful staff. We requested a twin but were given a double but it was very quickly and easily sorted. Lovely country pub serving delicious food too. Handy having the Lidl across the road too. Only negative is the room was very very warm even with heat completely off and the corridor carpet was very stained and smelt. "
