"We were disappointed that this Ibis did not have any time coffee in the restaurant area. Only at breakfast, otherwise you had to pay. Ibis in London by airport has anytime coffee and tea. Next to a TGIF and McDonald's so that was convenient. We stayed 2 nights so it was good. "

"Hotel was pleasant enough, good amount of amenities on site. Decor was dated & room & bathroom was very basic. The bed was comfortable enough, although you could hear the traffic from a busy road nearby. Breakfast service was good & so was the quality of food. Staff were friendly. Basic accommodation but suited our needs. Overall a basic but pleasant stay. "

"Great hotel to stay in, its an old building with modern additions and looked like it has recently been renovated. The staff were really friendly especially the maitre de James, who couldn't have been more helpful. It was in a perfect location, 10 minute walk from the main beach front and pier"

My bed was very comfortable, just very creaky though when turning over (my mum's was great) The bathmat seemed like it needed changing. To be honest I generally thought these were changed with each guest, but this felt like it wasn't."

"My lady is a bit handicapped at present; as there was no handicapped rooms available they did their best - which I appreciate very much - but we couldn’t stay there. They were most accommodating & helpful. "

"Hotel is definitely outdated our room was in need of an upgrade but other than that the hotel met all our needs and the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but found something to eat. The hotel staff were so welcoming and accommodating all our needs, also were great with our group of kids playing."

"We were worried to find a place we could stay with our Springer Spaniel, but this is the most pet friendly place we've ever been. There are the regular hotel rooms and pet friendly rooms. So not all rooms have pets which is totally fair as you have people with allergies to dogs. But you are made so very welcome. The welcoming staff even give a dog biscuit. Will stay here again for sure. "

"We liked the pool and the staff were lovely. But felt it could do with some fresh paint in places. Our room was Lovely. The hotel sign needs a good clean to..it let it down. Because its a wonderful place."
