"We stay here often to visit my wife's mother in Westbourne. Every one is very friendly. The bar is very reasonably priced. Beds comfy and their prices are very reasonable. It's not 5 star but when you only need a bed for the night it's perfect. Yes the hotels a bit tired in places. If you want to pay twice the amount go 5 star but here is good."

"A convenient, cheap and cheerful hotel. Aesthetically it's a bit dated, but you get what you pay for. Reception and car staff are great. Rooms are clean and comfy enough. Free parking is good. But to have a clean, heated, quiet pool is great."

"We could not fault the Elizabeth House Hotel. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we had the options of deciding whether we wanted the room refreshed and when. All the staff especially the receptionist were friendly and helpful and we shall definitely stay there again in 2025."
