"Fabulous hotel in the center of Old Quebec."

"When we arrived, there was a bit of a wait, and the process felt slower than I had hoped. It seemed like they were understaffed, or perhaps there was a technical issue, but it took a while before I could get our room keys. I understand that delays happen, but a quicker check-in would have been appreciated after a long day of travel. I would still recommend this hotel, but I hope they work on streamlining the check-in process to make the arrival experience smoother for future guests."

Not the hotel’s fault, but a crying baby in the room next door fully resonated in our room throughout the night, which made for a terrible night sleep . It would be great if the hotel could find a way to better insulate the walls between rooms . "
