"A lovely hotel, well connected by train and tram to the airport, and perfectly situated for many of the city’s sights, being just a 10-15 minute walk from the state opera house. This was unusual but the hotel had a porter on hand to take our cases to our room when we checked in and out of the hotel. Other than this slight inconvenience, our stay was just excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna. "
