I had trouble twice (two stays a week apart) with their self check in and the qr code for the menu did not work on my phone. I have never had trouble with qr code menus before anywhere. I imagine a handicapped person would have difficulty with sink. Drain stopper. Would not pop up. Water in faucet is either on extremely. Or a trickle. With no hot water . Temperature and flow cannot be adjusted. "
