"Rooms are very clean, tea coffee water provided in room, no hairdryer in bathroom, but irons, hairdryer on request, tv, mini bar. No beach on site, but its wallkable by 15 mins, or a car from morning to sunset to take you, small bar on the beach, sea a bit rocky shoes good idea. swimming pools across the road 2 mins, nice pool sea view,small bar. restaurant nice, all inclusive is available but its a set menu but there is a good choice, breakfast is a very nice buffet style, we had good...

"Our room was in need of renovation. New Year's Eve was chaotic, we had to run for so long with plates on our hands for us and the kids to a huge buffet. In the end we didn't eat anything. The worst thing was that we all got gastroenteritis. It must have been the food or the water there. The hotel does not offer any excursions. There is only one cab driver there who wants to rip off the guests. Stay away better frm these kind of hotels."

"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are...

"Great resort location in the door step of the beach. All food and drinks included with amazing clean rooms and absolutely amazing staff from reception to the bar staff to the wait staff, absolutely everybody. Also a great locations for activities, not too close and not too far away. Super family friendly as well, it was 10/10."
