"The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"Very clean and roomy. Older, but has been well kept up. Breakfast was plentiful with both Italian and American options. Conveniently located with a quick walk to the Piazza. Lovely courtyard to relax and enjoy. Blanket on bed was too lightweight for room temperature. We didn’t request additional bedding. They didn’t allow any food or drink brought in. Not even bottled water."

"We LOVED Hotel Capri - the staff was wonderful, the pool was so nice and quiet and the rooms were super cute. It is a very short walk to the center of Sorrento where all the bars, restaurants and shops are but far enough away from the noise from all that. We would highly recommend this hotel. :-) "

"The hotel interior was lovely with an old world feel but with modern amenities. I was only there for one night but would stay there again if passing through Naples. Any negatives about the property are the negatives of Naples itself (the square in front on the hotel was strewn with cigarette butts, garbage and graffiti) and beyond the hotel's control. "Very nice hotel. The wifi is terrible. If you need to send emails or would like to stream anything then I would consider another hotel. Asked a few times about wifi but staff said that they could not improve it. "

"Excellent place to stay if you like to be in a quiet and safe place. Parking is free and convenient( however leaving the parking lot is difficult no view from traffic coming down hill ( a traffic mirror would a big improvement) Breakfast and views are stunning, employees all deserve an excellent."
