"citizenM Amsterdam South is a unique chain of hotels with a micro footprint focus. Each room has an "open" show and toilet area in the main bedroom, partitioned by a glass tube and or curtain, which takes some getting used to. The staff is stellar, I enjoyed when they called us guest "citizens". The lobby feels akin to a hostel, in that its very communal, even with the likes of business workers. Its affordable and in a good location. Watch out for all the bikes!"

"Wonderful hotel! We expected a room with three beds, but were pleasantly surprised to receive a suite with two bedrooms! Spacious bathroom with a huge bathtub. Very close to Schipol and free airport shuttle. "

"Rooms were nice and big. Clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Early check-in requires a fee with a rate of €10 per hour. There's a park nearby with a goat farm but it takes a while to walk there due to lack of more direct access. No allocated walkways to the park though. Only a bicycle track. The Albert Heijn store was way too small with too little items for sale. A recommended hotel for a short stay. "

"Although Hotels.com cancelled my reservation from the hotel instead of showing me as a no-show for late check-in, hotel staff was extremely helpful for finding a solution at the spot. I might not have a place to stay if it wasn't for their incredible kindness to offer me one of the available rooms. I'm terribly sorry that I forgot her name but If i remember correctly Mariana(The hotel manager) is one of the nicest people you can find around Amsterdam. "Lovely hotel. Well appointed rooms. They need to focus a bit more on room cleaning services such as replacing water and towels and emptying room waste bins."

"If shuttle transportation is considered an amenity, then I am in the wrong. I felt very nickel and dimed to death in a hotel with poor water temp in the bathroom and charged for airport transportation. Breakfast at Radisson often is complementary and this place wanted a whopping €25 Euros for hotel restaurant food. "
