"visited Incheon for a quick layover in Korea. I recommend this hotel! Staff was super friendly. There is a 24/7 convenient store at the lobby. Less than 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station :) rooms were spacious. Comfortable bed and sheets! The bathroom was clean ( no smell, powerful water pressure) "

"At first, we thought the room was great, but then we noticed bugs running around and the cleaning staff did a horrible job cleaning before we checked in. For example, we found food in between the couch cushions which can be the cause of the bugs. We had to clean the floor ourselves and buy bug spray."

"Very good if you want a cheap hotel and you will only use it for sleeping and travelling into Seoul. Short walk to the transport links into Seoul and Incheon so very useful. If you’re here for a long stay however, they don’t house keep your room. We stayed for a week and no cleaning or housekeeping so keep in mind."

"Good hotel. For expedia pkease your record. It was renamed Glouchester Grand Hotel since August 2024. Taxi driver was confused as Ramada hotel doesn't exist in the said address."
