"The hotel looks impressive on the outside with its’ manicured garden, 3 pools and beach front location. Unfortunately the inside of the room is decrepit especially the wc. There is no ventilation resulting in mould stains on the wood vanity counter and the door surfaces. There are on going renovations on the outside, but honestly the room which is the gut of the facility needs a complete overhaul. Having said all that, we did enjoy our stay. The breakfast was excellent. So much variety...

"Highly recommend this hotel. We had such a great time and enjoyed every second of it. Especially for the Spa after a long hike to Batur volcano, great masseuses.
