"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. "Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. "

I insisted so they had to call the boss to confirm I had paid. There’s no WIFI to be honest!!! If your WiFi can’t even last a minute then stop deceiving your customers.
