Definitely a diamond in the rough, the property is nestled in a urban area off the main road. It may be difficult to locate if one is not familiar with the area. The staff was Amazing, rooms are a bit dated but clean, the bed was comfortable, ac unit was cold , hot water was abundant and power was not an issue. The kitchen staff was accommodating food options are limited but delicious and served in room. The outdoor pool area was the shining star pool was clean and not overcrowded.

All o the staff including the cleaners, security, reception and bar staff especially Austin, were very kind, professional and very polite. We felt safe at all times and our rooms were perfect. The elevator isn’t working throughout my 1 week and 5 days stay at the pearlwort hotel. Likewise, they don’t offer the breakfast buffet anymore like they did 4 years ago. The pool isn’t clean like it used to be. The management has really dropped the ball.

It was a very quiet place the staff were friendly The only thing that was bothering was when I checked into my room I tried to shower but the shower head fell off told the receptionist that it needed to be fixed and nobody came to fix it so I just dealt with it other then that it was a very nice place to stay

The laundry service was great. House keeping was horrible and was told not to provide services to my room for a day because i asked for clean sheets. Never cleaned toliet or mirrors in room. Room smelled muggy and wet so had to keep ac on which was very cold. add said free shuttle bus to and from airport but was not true. Tv didnt have service for the last night i was there. .
