I couldn’t sleep at all. I had the room 118 which had a mattress hard as a rock, the safety lock on the door was broken, and things were in general falling apart. But the worst thing was the mattress. Literally it was like sleeping on the floor. Staff at breakfast were nice.

Have visited twice now.. the hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and polite.. Food does take a while to arrive but that’s because it’s cooked fresh. The reception area is really nice with lots of artwork on the walls. Will be back.

Very nice property. The staff is very helpful and the service is top notch. The menu is extensive although I had a few complaints. I jave stayed at this property three times and for the most part they are very accommodating. Food prices are a bit expensive but I would highly recommend Leola for their excellent customer service.

The property is nice and convenient. The first room I stayed in the deadbolt lock was broken. The next room was ok. The bed was very hard. It was so uncomfortable. I felt as if I was sleeping on a board. For that reason, I probably would not stay here again. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was nice. The pictures in Libby were beautiful and a really. Ice idea.
