"The hotel was very clean, but the staff in reception could have been more friendly and efficient. I was surprised that we had to ask for the free drinks cards, and when I went to cash one in for a cup of coffee, none was available after 10 am. Also, we had to ask about facilities such as laundry and the rooftop (there is nothing happening up there). It wasn’t an unpleasant stay, but the service could have been better. "

There was a door handle missing off one wardrobe door. The bed was located so close to the wardrobe that the remaining doors could not be opened until we moved the bed.
