"We stayed here because of its proximity to Soldier Field and the Museums. We walked there for the Bears vs Seahawks game. The rooms were nice but I couldn’t get past the wad of gum jammed against the wall by the elevator, which is reason for the 3 star cleanliness score. Otherwise it was enjoyable and clean. The Wifi worked great and it was free to me because I was a Marriott Rewards member. Out two teenage boys stayed in the room across the hall and had a great experience. "

"We were offered a discounted upgrade upon check in. It was my birthday and we were excited to accept. The riom was spacious with an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint wasn't really the hotels fault but a little communication would have been helpful. We traveled out to the suburbs for a day trip. When we tried to return they had shut down the entire city for a Mexican Independence parade. Entering the city was not possible until 4am. Locals planned this fir months it was on every local news outlet for weeks, but coming from another state we had no way of knowing or predicting that exit ramos from the highway would be blocked. A small write up about what to expect slipped under the door or given with keys would have allowed us to sleep in the room we paid for that night rather then in our car on I90/I94. Otherwise, a completely amazing stay."

"Rooms were spacious and the bathrooms as well. There was a restaurant on premises that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. If moving around in public transportation, there were bus stops and train stations nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor was modern and artistic. There was even a hdmi port on the tv for you to connect your own devices which i appreciated a bunch. "
