He did his job in accommodating us yet made us feel that we had to be pleasant to him apposed to us having a welcoming experience. Valet service was good, yet their “system” was quite disappointing. We valeted our car for the night, yet when we checked out, they charged us for an extra day because our car was there past 11am. This didn’t make any sense...
