"The staff were excellent and parking was very good. It was a short 20 minute walk to Gibraltar. The outside of the building was being renovated at one end away from us and the elevator was out of service for about 1 hour over a two day stay."

Booked family suite, balcony pictures on website looked nice with large area and loungers, we got tiny terrace over staff entrance on the road. Terrace lights didn’t work, bulbs out in lounge area. Kitchen area with no kettle. Rusty bathroom. Breakfast OK."

"The suite was ample but although we were 4 and had to wait for the check in time to have the room ready, the second bed was not even done yet. Everything else other than that detail was good, easy location and a lot of green around. Good location if you are visiting Gibraltar"

"I fully understand that the star ratings are very contradictory. Please let me explain: I've stayed in this hotel approx 15 times and everything is great. However, there was a crucial, huge problem this time which made staying there very unpleasant. I am independently taking this matter up with Expedia as I repeatedly tried to get some advice and support, but got nowhere so I shouldn't comment on this here. My first 2 nights were as always - great. Lovely facities, very clean, great staff, nice...
