"Our 5 night stay at Villa Vista Mar with my 2 teenagers and Mum was perfect. The view is stunning day and night . The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. We will definitely stay again."

"Amazing Villa and location within beautiful San Roque club grounds by the golf course. Lots located near by to venture to including bars, restaurants, beaches etc all being a small drive away. Villa owner Morag has been brilliant communicating throughout and ensured our stay was a great one! 9 of us in total including 5 kids and there was plenty of room for comfort. Highly recommend 😀"

"We had a lovely time at this villa which has a pretty outside space. Located in a quiet area and within walking distance (10 mins) of a couple of restaurants & the beach. For us the outdoors was much nicer than the inside with plenty of comfortable sun beds, adequate pool for cooling down (only shoulder height even in the deep end), well kept garden and the upper terrace with sea views & a great place for an evening G & T. The sun is on the patio area from around 9am-7pm and then up to the top...

"Me and 7 friends stayed to celebrate one of our 60th birthdays. We are aged between 44 and 76! The Villa was lovely, a very Spanish property. The gardens were lovely with plenty of space for all of us to sunbathe. Loved the outside eating area and BBQ area and we eat there everyday for lunch. Bedrooms were lovely, clean sheets, towels and subbed covers and beach towels.. the Villa was a short walk to the beach. The Villa was within easy walking distance of lots of lovely bars and restaurants....

"Gorgeous Spanish style villa, beautifully decorated, very spacious, with a fabulous outdoor dining area and a terrace where you can enjoy the most breath-taking views of the countryside, Gibraltar and Morocco - they are truly stunning. Super pool area and well established gardens ensure you can find sun or shade. The kitchen is to benefit from a refresh this coming Oct/Nov. Helpful and perfect hosts and housekeeper, thank you Mark, Star and Esther for a wonderful, memorable stay. "

"Villa is a nice size for a family and good location for Estepona. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of some of the areas but the villa manager quickly resolved the issues. Would recommend "

"A casa é muito ampla e tem quartos com boas áreas e um jardim enorme. Apenas queremos deixar uma crítica: os pratos e copos não são todos iguais. Mesmo sendo um grupo de apenas 6 pessoas não conseguimos ter 6 copos iguais de água, vinho ou champanhe. Os pratos também não são todos iguais. Pode parecer um pormenor mas entendemos que faz toda a diferença podermos ter uma mesa em que tudo é igual. Os restantes equipamentos funcionaram muito bem. Obrigado por tudo."

"Close to beach, great swimming pool meters away and safe because it is a community one. It helps a lot that each of the four couples may have their own private bathroom. Both, terrace and grill place offer different areas to share."
