The hotel is in a great location with very easy access to: the beach, walking around the old town and numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are well serviced daily, there is a wide and plentiful choice of hot and cold food at breakfast, and importantly, the bed was comfortable!"

"Rocia welcomed us to the apartment and showed us around. The apartment was beautifully presented and was much bigger than the photographs indicate. The views were fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable. All equipment was provided to make our stay very comfortable"

"This is a great apartment. The photos accurately represent the property. What cannot be relayed in a description is the view (spectacular) and the location(close to shopping, walking along the Mediterranean Sea). The host provides good instructions for arrival, entry, and daily operation of utilities and appliances. We were answered promptly and to our satisfaction on the rare occasions we contacted the host with questions or concerns. I was rehabbing a knee when we arrived so I caution anyone with physical limitations to be ready for many stairs between the property entrance at the street and the bedrooms on the lower level. "

"Hi - we had a 3-week stay at this property, and we really enjoyed it. It is an a great location, near the port and also (if you like walking) you can get to Old Town in 25 minutes. "

"We stayed at this apartment for 15 nights part October/November 2024. Very good location walking distance to two supermarkets and the traffic free seafront. Two spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom, small shower room. Located on the 4th floor, views over the town with sea in the distance. The TV set up is possibly one of the best and easiest to use we have come across for UK channels. Parking in Estepona is a real problem but the inclusion of an underground carpark and the lift a great bonus. If driving is no problem getting around the town is fairly easy once the road layout is fathomed. However, no vehicles are allowed on or near the seafront but there are 2 underground carparks under the seafront. Charges are very reasonable. In addition, there is another underground carpark close to the Orchid house. A little disappointing as few orchids were in flower but does have an impressive 3 tier waterfall. It should be noted that there is some traffic noise. Not too intrusive as due to the appalling weather all the windows etc. were closed but in summer......We found the shower temperature difficult to control. Either scalding or freezing cold. No in-between. In both the bathroom and the shower room there is nowhere to put anything except the floor or around the edge of the bath. Due to our unavoidable arrival times, we were charged 30Euros cash extra on arrival. This charge should be made clear at the time of booking and not after the completed booking."

"Right in the heart of Estapona’s shops restaurants and bars. Choice of a mass of well priced supermarkets close by. The apartment has everything to offer . Lovely balcony with best sea view to watch the sunrise. The host and manager of the property were faultless in any enquiry I made. A small comment I would make is it is probably due a little facelift. "

"In a great location - 5 min walk from marina and 15 to old town - the apartment is modern, has a spectacular view from the balcony and was ideal for our 7 day stay. The urbanisation also has a good size pool ( although it was out of commission during our stay because of a drought in the region) and secure, underground parking with an allocated space. Overall we would highly recommend the apartment."
