"Lovely hotel and brea with my family. The check in however was terrible. It took from 10:30 until 17:00 to check in and get our room's. The bookings were confused with one of our party being in a room two floors away. They blamed hotels.com for the confusion which was not true. Great holiday, great hotel, terrible check in "

"First time staying here and will definitely return. Room was perfect! Front desk staff was very nice. Only cons were that there was not luggage assistance and the staff answering the phone for room service weren’t very friendly. But the food from the restaurant was wonderful and delivered quickly. "

"Its an older resort like experience from another time. As a side bar, the bathroom was spacious even though it needed a new shower head. It was fixed promptly. Must be reminded that the room temps are different than other part of the world during winter months. Friendly staff well maintained. Food was uninspired but for those who love the glorious hotels of yesterday "

"The suite was ample but although we were 4 and had to wait for the check in time to have the room ready, the second bed was not even done yet. Everything else other than that detail was good, easy location and a lot of green around. Good location if you are visiting Gibraltar"

Beware!

"From the key pickup to the key drop off it was a bad experience. The house is not in good shape, not clean, needs interior painting, shower flooded, etc. the directions to the property are not at all clear and it was difficult to find. The shower flooded, it took two days for a plumber to come and then he left the filthy drain off and the hand wand on the floor with no communication from anyone as to what was going on. The other bathroom shower door is not sealed properly and water gets all over the floor and the towels are old and rough. The owner needs to leave instructions on how to operate the air and heat, the tv and all the appliances. The pluses for the property are the beds, the appliances and the view. We communicated all of this to the property manager and she still hasn’t gotten back to us. We want a refund of part of our payment. I will be sending pictures and a detailed description of everything to the property managers. "

Manilva superb appt ground 147 m2 with sea view terrace + private garden Gibralta

Lovely stay

"We had a fantastic stay at this rental, where paddle courts are just outside (racquets also provided) the communal pool is big and clean and close by and the villa offered perfect accommodation for my family and my sisters family, as the two single bedrooms also had pull out beds. It has a private contained garden space to the rear so again perfect if your little ones wish to play games etc. The check in and out was smooth as you are met with a real person who is contactable throughout your stay and we really appreciated being able to check in and out earlier and later upon request due to our awkward flight times. There are two bathrooms which really help with getting ready to go out in the evening and the view is outstanding if you instead decide to stay in and play cards or eat in the outside space. It comes with underground parking but unfortunately someone was parked in the allocated space the whole trip, however you can find plenty of parking right outside the complex so this wasn’t an issue for us, just something we made the owner aware of for future guests. All round we had a wonderful stay, the place was clean, it met everyone’s needs and will definitely be hoping to visit again."

"The villa is well looked after ,clean and has eveything you need . The host is a pleasure and very helpful. The Garden is amazing and the pool is a really generous size with gorgeous landscaping . you feel safe and relaxed here ."

Amazing cute penthouse in Sotogrande

"Very nice clean penthouse ( no terrace) easy free parking. Very friendly owner and good contact via whatsapp. Laundry machine, dishwasher inside. No dryer but no problem because there is a towel warmer on the wall in the shower. I had a perfect stay. Highly recommend it."
