"The best part of this hotel is the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. We arrived around 8 PM and we were driven to a restaurant so we could have dinner. When we were done, the shuttle driver picked us up. All of this free of charge. We left the next day at 4:45 AM and the shuttle took us for a minimal fee. We could have walked to the airport, but with the cold temperatures, we sure appreciated the shuttle. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Great location to walk to Rialto Bridge, gondolas, St. Mark's Square, and really all of Venice. Clean, modern and a very helpful staff who let us check in early. Room was so clean and beautiful with an epic view of the canal. Roof deck bar has the best view in Venice in my opinion. Will stay there for sure if we're ever back in Venice."
