"I loved the property and the staff itself, the only downfall is its decor is dark so the hallways were a little to dark for me and I’m not a huge fan of soft beds due to my bad back. The experience was good overall and I would stay here again."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Staff was incredibly professional and helpful and heightened an already spectacular stay. Our room was beautiful and the fact that they are individually decorated makes us want to return just to see the other rooms! Also, the bathtub was HUGE, my partner is very tall and was able to comfortably take a bath for the first time in years. 10/10 and would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Quebec City"

"Overall my stay was good, its my second time, staff are respectful and nice, view is wow, spa outside beautiful experience in winter, many amenities ans activities available, rooms are clean but i would ask for better cleaning and bath room needs renovations also. Overall i love my stay with my husband and my friends and i recommend it also!"
