"The fourth floor ice machine is broken and water dispenser only dispenses lukewarm water on that floor. But apart from that the room and property was great. However the entrance area had construction going on right (April 21, 22, 2025) now so it is a bit chaotic. "

The kids club room was not well stocked, the coloring books and art supplies were old and not appealing for the kids. There was a gaming system but no games. The hot tub had scum lines on the tiles and a lot of debris on the bottom. The hotel is beautiful but rooms are dated and show signs of age. ...
