"The hotel is in a very nice location, Staff is friendly. Customer service was ok when it was available. When you get to this hotel you self-check in yourself at Kiosk. There's no parking, the only option is valet and you have to pay for it if you're from outside of Canada make sure you have "Winter Tires" if not they won't park your car and you have to park a couple blocks away at public parking. "This was the perfect hotel for a beautiful getaway over the Christmas holiday. Hotel was pristine, with stunning seasonal decor. The location was super convenient, with easy access to the metro and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Service at all levels was outstanding, including friendly, responsive room service. Shoutout to Sephora, the hostess at Lloyd restaurant and Shayeb, the doorman, who were both so helpful and kind.
